販売する商品: 「藤井風ピアノリサイタル」（東京ドーム 2公演）および「Fujii Kaze Prema World Tour」日本公演（みずほPayPayドーム福岡・京セラドーム大阪・東京ドーム計7公演）の入場チケットの取次。海外公演は取り扱っていません。
販売価格: 藤井風ピアノリサイタル：1枚 9,000円（税込）。Fujii Kaze Prema World Tour 日本公演：1枚 15,000円（税込）。いずれも主催者発表の券面額と同額です。同じ公演であれば、指定席・カインド席・注釈付き指定席のいずれも同額です。金額は座席表とお申し込み画面に表示します。
商品代金以外に必要な料金: ありません。当店のシステム利用料、発券手数料、決済手数料はいずれも0円です。電子チケットの閲覧にかかる通信料はお客様のご負担となります。
支払方法: クレジットカード（Visa、Mastercard、JCB、American Express）およびApple Pay。分割払いは取り扱っていません。
支払時期: お申し込み時に決済します。決済完了をもってお申し込みの成立とします。
商品の引渡時期: ブロック内の座席（列・番号）を確定したうえで、各公演の7日前までに電子チケットのリンクをメールでお送りします。お申し込み直後に受付メールをお送りします。
引渡方法: 電子チケット（メールでお送りするリンク）。紙チケットの発送は行っていません。
返品・キャンセル: チケットという商品の性質上、お客様のご都合によるキャンセル、日程の変更、枚数の変更、払い戻しはお受けできません。公演の中止、当店が座席をご用意できなかった場合、当店の手配に起因して入場できなかった場合は全額を返金します。詳細はキャンセル・返金ポリシーをご確認ください。
枚数制限: 1公演につきお一人様2枚までです（主催者発表の制限枚数に合わせています）。複数公演のお申し込みは制限していません。
取り扱わない席種: 親子席、ハート席、車いす席は、入場時にご本人の確認が必要で名義の付け替えができないため、当店では取り扱っていません。
年齢制限・入場の条件: 入場に関する条件は主催者および会場の規定に準じます。3歳以上はチケットが必要で、2歳以下は膝上での観覧が可能とされていますが、最終的な条件は主催者の発表に従います。
動作環境: 電子チケットの表示には、インターネットに接続されたスマートフォンと、メールを受信できる環境が必要です。

What we sell: A ticket agency service for the Fujii Kaze Piano Recital (two shows at Tokyo Dome) and the Japanese leg of the Fujii Kaze Prema World Tour (Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka, Kyocera Dome Osaka and Tokyo Dome, seven shows). We do not handle the overseas dates.
Price: Piano Recital: 9,000 yen per ticket, tax included. Prema World Tour, Japan: 15,000 yen per ticket, tax included. Both are exactly the face values announced by the promoter. Within one show, reserved seats, kind seats and restricted-view reserved seats all cost the same. The amount is shown on the seat map and at checkout.
Other charges: None. Our system fee, ticketing fee and payment fee are all zero. You pay for your own internet connection to view the e-ticket.
Payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express) and Apple Pay. We do not offer instalments.
When you pay: At the time you order. Your order is confirmed once the payment goes through.
Delivery: We confirm your row and seat number inside the block, then email you the e-ticket link no later than seven days before the show. A confirmation email goes out within seconds of your order.
How it is delivered: As an e-ticket, through a link we email you. We do not post paper tickets.
Returns and cancellations: Because of what a ticket is, we cannot accept a cancellation, a date change, a change to the number of tickets or a refund because you changed your mind. We refund in full if the show is cancelled, if we cannot provide the seat, or if our handling is the reason you were refused entry. See our cancellation and refund policy.
Ticket limit: Two tickets per person per show, the same limit the promoter applies. There is no limit on how many different shows you book.
Categories we do not sell: Parent and child seats, heart seats and wheelchair seats are checked against the person attending at the door and cannot be transferred, so we do not handle them.
Age and entry conditions: Entry conditions follow the rules set by the promoter and the venue. A ticket is required from age three, and children of two and under may sit on a lap, but the promoter's announcement is what counts.
What you need: To show your e-ticket you need a smartphone with an internet connection and an email address you can receive mail on.
