Cancellation and refund policy
どんなときに返金するのか、どんなときに返金できないのかを、はっきり書いておきます。
Exactly when we refund you, and when we cannot.

全額を返金する場合
- 公演が中止になったとき
- 当店がお申し込みいただいた座席をご用意できなかったとき
- 当店の手配に起因して入場できなかったとき
- 当店がお申し込みをお断りしたとき
いずれの場合も、お支払いいただいた全額を返金します。振込手数料や決済手数料を差し引くことはありません。
返金できない場合
- お客様のご都合によるキャンセル、日程の変更、枚数の変更
- ご来場されなかった場合
- 座席の位置や見え方が期待と違ったこと（見切れ席・注釈付き指定席を含みます）
- 天災、交通機関の乱れ、体調不良など、当店の責めに帰さない事由でご来場できなかった場合
- 開演時刻に遅れて入場できなかった場合
チケットは公演当日という一度きりの機会に結びついた商品です。お客様のご都合によるキャンセルをお受けできないのはそのためです。お申し込み前に、日程と会場をよくご確認ください。
公演が延期になったとき
振替公演が発表された場合、お手元のチケットをそのままお使いいただくか、返金をお受けいただくかをお選びいただけます。振替公演の発表から14日以内に受付メールへご返信ください。
期限までにご連絡がない場合は、振替公演のチケットをそのままご利用いただくものとして取り扱います。
返金の方法と期間
返金はお支払いに使われた決済手段への返金として処理します。返金の決定から10営業日以内に処理します。カード会社の締め日によっては、口座への反映までさらに数日かかることがあります。
返金の処理が完了した時点で、当店からメールでご連絡します。

返金に関するお問い合わせは、受付メールにご返信いただくか、FUKINOU SCALE LLC（4577 Preston Street, Buckeye, AZ 85326, United States／メールアドレス：要記入）までご連絡ください。お申し込み時の受付番号をお知らせいただくと手続きが早く進みます。
When we refund in full
- The show is cancelled
- We cannot provide the seat you ordered
- Our handling is the reason you were refused entry
- We refuse your order
In all of those cases you get back everything you paid. We do not deduct a transfer fee or a payment fee.
When we cannot refund
- You change your mind about the date, the number of tickets or the order itself
- You do not turn up
- The seat or the view was not what you hoped for, including restricted-view seats
- You could not attend because of a natural disaster, disrupted transport, illness or anything else outside our control
- You arrived after the start and were not let in
A ticket is tied to one evening that happens once. That is why a change of mind cannot be undone. Check the date and the venue carefully before you order.
If the show is postponed
If a replacement date is announced you can either keep your ticket for it or take a refund. Reply to your confirmation email within fourteen days of the announcement.
If we hear nothing by then, we treat your ticket as valid for the replacement date.
How and when you get the money
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within ten working days of the decision. Depending on your card issuer's billing cycle it may take a few days more to appear.
We email you once the refund has been processed.
