Terms of service
FUKINOU SCALE LLC が運営するチケットプレマ（以下「当店」）がチケット取次サービスを提供するにあたっての条件です。お申し込みをもって本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
The conditions under which TICKET PREMA, operated by FUKINOU SCALE LLC, provides its ticket agency service. Placing an order means you accept them.

第1条（サービスの内容）
当店は、「藤井風 ピアノリサイタル」および「Fujii Kaze Prema World Tour」日本公演の入場チケットを、お客様に代わって確保し、お引き渡しするサービスを提供します。当店は主催者、出演者、所属レコード会社、プレイガイドのいずれとも資本関係・提携関係にない独立した事業者です。
当店が取り扱うのは日本国内で開催される公演のみです。海外公演のチケットは取り扱っていません。
第2条（券面額と手数料）
当店の販売価格は、主催者が発表した券面額と同額です。藤井風 ピアノリサイタルは1枚9,000円（税込）、Fujii Kaze Prema World Tour の日本公演は1枚15,000円（税込）です。
当店はシステム利用料、発券手数料、決済手数料その他いかなる名目の手数料も申し受けません。画面に表示された金額がそのままお支払い額です。
特定興行入場券の不正転売の禁止等による興行入場券の適正な流通の確保に関する法律の趣旨に従い、当店は券面額を超える価格でチケットを販売しません。
第3条（お申し込みの成立）
お申し込みは、お客様が座席ブロックと枚数を選択し、決済が完了した時点で成立します。決済完了後、当店から受付メールを送信します。
1公演につきお一人様2枚までです。これは主催者が定める制限枚数に合わせたものです。複数公演のお申し込みは制限していません。
同一人物と判断できる複数のお申し込み、または転売を目的とすると当店が判断したお申し込みについては、成立後であってもお断りし、全額を返金することがあります。
第4条（座席の確定）
お客様には座席表からブロックをお選びいただきます。当店は、お選びいただいたブロックの中から列と番号を確定し、公演の7日前までにメールでご連絡します。
ブロック内のどの列・どの番号になるかはお選びいただけません。ただし、お選びいただいたブロック以外の座席をお渡しすることはありません。
同じブロックで複数枚お申し込みの場合、画面に表示された連番可能枚数の範囲内であれば、隣同士の席をご用意します。それを超える場合は、席が離れる可能性を発券前にご連絡します。
第5条（見え方について）
主催者発表のとおり、演出の都合上、どの座席においても出演者および演出の一部が見えづらい可能性があります。また会場の構造上、座席によっては着席方向がステージと正対しない場合があります。
ステージのほぼ真横にあたるブロックは、座席表において黒い点で区別しています。京セラドーム大阪のバルコニーは主催者発表においても注釈付き指定席として扱われる区画です。
当サイトに掲載している座席図は、各会場の通常の座席構成にもとづき当店が作成した参考図です。ステージの形状・位置は主催者から発表されておらず、実際の配置とは異なる場合があります。視界を理由とした返金はお受けできません。
第6条（お取り扱いのない席種）
親子席、ハート席、車いす席は取り扱っていません。いずれも入場時にご本人の確認が行われ、名義の付け替えができないお席だからです。これらの席種をご希望の場合は、主催者の受付からお申し込みください。
第7条（キャンセル・返金）
お客様のご都合によるキャンセル、日程の変更、枚数の変更、払い戻しはお受けできません。
公演の中止、当店が座席をご用意できなかった場合、当店の手配に起因して入場できなかった場合は全額を返金します。詳細はキャンセル・返金ポリシーをご確認ください。
第8条（禁止事項）
- 当店から購入したチケットを、券面額を超える価格で第三者に転売すること
- 虚偽の情報を用いてお申し込みを行うこと
- 自動化された手段により大量のお申し込みを行うこと
- 電子チケットの複製、改変、譲渡を行うこと
- 当店、主催者、会場、ほかのお客様の権利を侵害する行為
第9条（免責）
公演の内容、演出、出演者、開催の可否は主催者が決定するものであり、当店はこれらについて責任を負いません。
天災、交通機関の乱れ、感染症の流行その他当店の責めに帰さない事由により公演に来場できなかった場合、当店は返金の責任を負いません。
当店の責任は、いかなる場合もお客様が当店にお支払いいただいた金額を上限とします。
第10条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
第11条（規約の変更）
当店は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は当ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。すでに成立しているお申し込みには、お申し込み時点の規約が適用されます。
1. What this service is
TICKET PREMA secures tickets for the Fujii Kaze Piano Recital and for the Japanese dates of the Fujii Kaze Prema World Tour on your behalf and hands them over to you. We are an independent business with no shareholding or partnership link to the promoter, the artist, their record company or any official ticket agency.
We only handle shows held in Japan. We do not handle tickets for the overseas dates.
2. Face value and fees
Our price is the face value announced by the promoter: 9,000 yen including tax for the piano recital, 15,000 yen including tax for the Japanese dates of the Prema World Tour.
We charge no system fee, no ticketing fee, no payment fee and no fee of any other name. What you see on screen is what you pay.
In keeping with the Japanese law against the unfair resale of event tickets, we never sell above face value.
3. When your order is confirmed
Your order is confirmed the moment you have chosen a block and a number of tickets and the payment has gone through. We then email you a confirmation.
Two tickets per person per show, matching the limit the promoter applies. There is no limit on how many different shows you book.
We may refuse an order, even after it has been confirmed, if it appears to be a duplicate or to be intended for resale, and refund it in full.
4. How your seat is decided
You pick a block on the seat map. We confirm your row and seat number inside that block and email it to you no later than seven days before the show.
You cannot choose the row or the number inside the block. You will never be given a seat outside the block you picked.
If you order several tickets in the same block, we seat you together up to the number shown on screen. Above that number we tell you before issuing the tickets that you may be split up.
5. Sightlines
As the promoter states, staging may make the artist or part of the show hard to see from any seat, and at some seats the direction you face is not square on to the stage.
Blocks almost level with the stage are marked with a dark dot on the seat map. The balcony at Kyocera Dome Osaka is sold by the promoter itself as a restricted-view reserved seat.
The seat maps on this site are our own drawings, based on each venue's usual configuration. The shape and position of the stage has not been announced and the real layout may differ. We do not refund on the grounds of an obstructed view.
6. Categories we do not sell
We do not handle parent and child seats, heart seats or wheelchair seats. All three are checked against the person attending at the door and cannot be transferred. Apply for them through the official channel.
7. Cancellation and refunds
We cannot accept a cancellation, a date change, a change to the number of tickets or a refund because you changed your mind.
We refund in full if the show is cancelled, if we cannot provide the seat, or if our handling is the reason you were refused entry. See our cancellation and refund policy.
8. What you may not do
- Resell a ticket bought here above face value
- Order using false information
- Place bulk orders by automated means
- Copy, alter or pass on an e-ticket
- Infringe the rights of us, the promoter, the venue or other customers
9. Limits of our responsibility
The content of the show, the staging, who appears and whether it happens at all are decided by the promoter. We are not responsible for any of it.
If you cannot get to the show because of a natural disaster, disrupted transport, an epidemic or anything else outside our control, we are not liable for a refund.
In all cases our liability is capped at the amount you paid us.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute goes to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. A change applies from the moment it is published on this page. Orders already confirmed remain under the terms in force when they were placed.
